I have a lifelong passion for all things health + wellness, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and have educated myself in Holistic Nutrition, Ayurveda, Holistic Skin Therapy, Reiki, TCM, Dr Vodders Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Yin Yoga + 200hr RYT because I believe that real healing MUST include a Holistic Mind, Body, Soul approach in order to truly allow you to move forward in any area you are working on in your life.
That’s why I choose to empower women to begin a journey toward living in their highest, most vibrant state of truth, authenticity and well being.
Welcome to HEAL. I became a Holistic Lifestyle Coach because I was so sick of allowing my old stories, limiting belief systems and self talk to keep me from living my life to its full potential. And I was sick of seeing so many wonderful women who, like me, were stuck. Who were hiding from the truth of who they are, preventing them from living lives of purpose and passion.
It was time to get real and cut the bs and to SHOW UP as myself, and FOR myself in my own life!
Having grown up with a chronically ill parent, I have a lifelong passion for all things health + wellness, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and have educated myself in Holistic Nutrition, Ayurveda, Holistic Skin Therapy, Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and the list goes on. But the Psychology of how the brain works, and how LASTING HABIT CHANGE works, was the “light bulb” moment for me. I knew there had to be a more effective way for US to HEAL! Holistic Lifestyle Coaching focuses on what YOU want to change, and then the underlying issues keeping you from getting what you want next.
As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, my approach to Whole-Being Healing involves a Mind, Body + Soul Wellness Strategy, including Mindset Re-Frame Coaching, Holistic Nutrition + Mindfulness, and Non-Toxic Self-Care Practices.
