My goal is to connect you to yourself + your skin in a way that calls you towards daily self-keeping rituals that feel grounding + healing. When you see me in the treatment room, I wish for you to leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed + empowered to care for your skin + whole self in new, more intentional ways.

Achieving healthy glowing skin goes far deeper than lotions + potions. I am here to educate you and teach you how to connect the dots between what may be imbalanced internally to what is showing up on your skin. I will guide you towards a higher level of self-awareness so that you may understand + support your skin + whole self in a more holistic way.

This Deluxe treatment is a fully customized luxury treatment, utilizing advanced techniques to revitalize Mind, Body, Soul+ Skin. Some advanced + ancient techniques used, may include Kansa Massage, Facial Gua Sha using a variety of natural stones + tools, Facial Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (The Dr Vodder Method) and deep tissue + connective tissue facial massage, and LED Light Therapy, all designed to smooth, lift, sculpt + strengthen the skin.

Facial Gua Sha + Facial Cupping are traditional Chinese Medicine Techniques + Kansa Massage is an Ayurveda Practice which can improve the health of your skin + tissues by draining and removing toxins that may become stuck in the lymphatic system + internal organs, devitalizing the skin. These techniques naturally flush out cellular waste by encouraging the healthy movement of lymphatic fluid + blood, helping with puffiness, dark circles, uneven tone + texture, redness, congestion, acne and can also help ease muscle tension, diminish the appearance of fine lines + wrinkles, help reduce headaches, jaw tension, and allow vital nutrients to flood the cells, leaving your skin looking refreshed, revived + glowing. The Buccal

This holistic facial treatment applies Advanced Intra-Oral massage techniques designed to release tight jaw muscles helping to relieve TMJ symptoms gently + effectively. These anatomy-informed, fascia-focused massage techniques are performed in a gently + highly relaxing way, inside the clients mouth, to target muscles + connective tissue that cannot be accessed superficially.

These advanced techniques also effectively plump, lift + revitalize skin tissues + cells in a much more precise way, with the touch you are all used to at HEAL with Shari.

Light Emitting Diode (LED) rejuvenating + restoring facial treatment includes a purifying cleanse with steam towels + lymphatic release, honey lift exfoliation + mask, a full 30min LED light therapy program chosen for your skin’s unique concerns, complete with arm, hand + scalp massage, and finishes with a hydrating face massage with carefully chosen plant-powered oils + a nourishing, hand-crafted botanical face balm to leave your skin protected + glowing.

*suitable for all skin types and conditions, especially acne, sun damage, fine lines + post-inflammatory pigment scarring.

Recommended: begin with 1 treatment/week for 4 weeks, a series of treatments is recommended when targeting specific concerns
