Over the last couple months i have worked with @norfolkdesignco to create a fresh new look to my sweet biz. They have created new logos + branding, including all new labels for your fav holistic skincare, that truly embody what HEAL with Shari stands for + I am over the moon in love with it all! I have also created 3 new HWS Facial Serums that make your skincare rituals really easy as they pair with your Botanical Toner perfectly. These are more skin type/condition focused and simple in comparison to more complex Custom Serum Blends that I make especially for you after working closely with your skin in the treatment room. Easy to purchase + use without having a treatment with me. *Calm Serum pairs with Calm + Cool Toner and is for sensitive, inflamed, dehydrated skin. *Clarify Serum pairs with Clarify + Soothe Toner and is for oilier, congested, acne-prone skin. * Brighten pairs with Brighten + Balance Toner and is for dry, dull, aging, devitalized skin. New Branding + Labels are here!!! When I launche New Branding + Labels are here!!! When I launched HEAL with Shari back in 2017, it was a Holistic Wellness + Life Coaching side-gig that complimented the work I was doing as a Holistic Skin Therapist, working for others in Toronto. That side gig turned into virtually coaching people full time from the comfort of anywhere but I missed having my hands on peoples faces so decided to do both + loved that I was helping people in so many different ways, which was ALWAYS the vision I had for HWS. Moving to Tem Shores during The Pandemic pushed me to start my own Holistic Skincare biz, which included more advanced modalities as I took so many new courses + as my practice filled up quickly, I realized that the coaching would shift as the skincare took over. Those of you who have experienced a HWS Treatment know that it is much more than “just a facial”. *Coaching comes in, but in a gentler way now. *Somatic support is tantamount to healing. *My own clean, green + herbalist-focused skincare line is a huge part of it all. *holding space to HEAL is the root of my work. My business has evolved into exactly what I envisioned it could become, way back when I started, so I felt it was time for a refresh. HWS 2.0 is here! I am so grateful to @norfolkdesignco for truly “getting me” + my biz and for co-creating some beautiful new logos + labels that reflect who we are now! I am beyond excited to be shifting into a new era of HWS + my branding captures the true essence of this! With Growth Comes Change. 🌱♥️ When I start With Growth Comes Change. 🌱♥️ When I started my biz in 2017, having already been in the skincare + wellness world for almost a decade, I knew HEAL with SHARI would evolve + shift into a culmination of my passions, my continued education, my experience + my growth. And with growth comes change. I have connected with a wonderful design company @norfolkdesignco to help me bring HWS into the energy that my sweet biz is vibing in NOW + they absolutely nailed it! 🔨 Over the next little while I will be unfolding my new branding; primary + secondary logos and new labels for my holistic skincare line and I could not be more thrilled with what we’ve created together! ☺️ With the fresh labels will come new products as well + I will finally have my skin magick up on my website for easier purchasing! I am hoping for end of year/beginning of new year for the shop as a ton of work goes into product descriptions, ingredients lists, directions + photos. Stay tuned! I have also re-structured my pricing of both Treatments + Products, to better reflect the level of expertise, experience, highest quality of ingredients/materials, up-levelled training, time + energy put into each Service + Product I create (plus the fact that all of my supplies have more than doubled in cost the last few years) 😥 * Some Treatment/Product prices will remain the same, some will be lower + some will be higher + all changes have accessibility in mind while supporting my ability to provide the best holistic skincare I possible can. Real Talk. I’ve invited you into my STRONG OVE Real Talk. I’ve invited you into my STRONG OVER SKINNY JOURNEY, and like all journeys, the road is never linear. There are bumps + hills + dips + flow, and that’s all part of it. Without the “unflat” roads, we wouldn’t be given the opportunity to look deeper + learn from our patterns + behaviours + to heal and grow! We need bumps to wake us up to what’s real + what’s important, what needs some tweaking or simply what we need to do to keep going. My goal has been to be consistent with movement that feels good + that I look forward to doing. And also to push myself outside my comfort zone-hello heavier weights! 😅 My goal is also to get strong to feel good now but so that my 60, 70, 80 year old self can continue to live this glorious life! The goal has never been to be rigid or perfect but to allow for humanness + grace + LIFE to come to the party. To me that is what will make this whole thing sustainable. Truth Bomb! I’ve not been as consistent with movement or with my nutrition these last few weeks and I’m feeling it. Instead of bashing myself + telling myself I am failing, I’ve leaned into compassion + curiosity into what’s happening. That feels better than punishing myself and feeling like 💩. (Like the beforetimes me would do) What I discovered as I obeyed my curiosity; -end of summer fun took over + I’m grateful for it -seasons shifting always make my energy dip -perimenopause is no joke. -I got sick + that sucked the life outta me -sliding off track a little does not mean failure or to quit. Just get back in the game and keep going, -loving myself through these things feels better than the alternative. -it’s okay to have ebbs + flows in the journey, but it’s not permission to stop something that feels really good! So here I am back on the bike. Back to lifting. Back to better nutrition. Back to less alcohol. Back to the 80/20 rule I live by that pushes me to do better for myself but to also enjoy life to the fullest. Progress Over Perfection + Lotsa Love, acceptance + compassion. That’s where I’m at. ♥️
